Through this web site, this company hopes to solicit further travel information, references, and tips from visitors and convince affiliates to 1) offer vacation packages to this company in exchange for a recommendation, and reference on this site, and 2) pay this company a percentage of all bookings/reservations that result from visiting this web site prior to visiting their web sites. To accomplish this the company will develop an affiliate program where members login with their names, addresses, registering on site with a user name and password, so that they can access affiliate information such as service updates, lists of affiliates and contacts, etc.
Obtain further information from other travelers; either from friends, family, or outside contacts, Increase variety of states and countries visited, and rated, be funded to do so by rental providers, resort and restaurant owners, increase number of vacation rental inquiries for 2 family-owned rental properties.

The internal team will consist of Internet knowledgeable people, and creative thinkers, including rental property owners, information technology experts, and cost-conscious managers.
This company will outsource some of the more technical requirements to web site experts and ensure that the internal team is trained by these experts in the intricacies of web site maintenance and growth.
The company's internal team will select the information or commerce service provider ensuring that downtime is at a minimum, bandwidth matches the peak times when visitors and affiliates access the site, security procedures are in place to protect affiliate information, and hosting costs are kept competitive in light of the required hardware and software.
We will maintain a comprehensive staff to expand the affiliate program to its fullest capacity by hiring at least an Web site account manager, 2 qualified and skilled business managers, 2 software application specialists, 1 network operations staff member, and 2 systems and affiliates database administrators.
Above all, we will use this current web site model as a test version to test audience acceptance, number of visits, and number of inquiries, prior to publishing the demonstration or production version, currently stored on different servers.
